With over 25 years legal experience, Yuri Calderon established Calderon Law with the objective of providing strategic corporate and business legal advice to small to medium corporations and public school and community college districts in California.  The firm, based in Santa Barbara, California serves clients from San Diego County to San Luis Obispo County.

Calderon, a graduate of Georgetown University Law School and University of Denver, Colorado, has been providing legal advice to corporations, school districts and community colleges for his entire legal career.  He was initially appointed as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General defending Texas Universities and State Agencies throughout Texas.  Over the course of his career, Calderon has handled a variety of litigation matters including matters involving complex construction issues and developer disputes.  Calderon also has extensive business experience having started a law firm and serving as its Managing Partner for over five years.  Most recently, Calderon launched a boutique law practice as well as a consulting firm, MillerCalderon, Inc., that provides facilities consulting to K-14 School and Community College Districts.
